Come see real live raptors up close and learn how to protect wildlife in Wisconsin. This ticket is for a 1-hour educational program presented by Raptor Education Group, Inc. (REGI). Bonus: Hsu Growing Supply will adopt (fund) a bird for every 10 tickets sold, helping REGI care for even more birds.

What is REGI?

REGI is a nonprofit that rescues and rehabilitates injured or orphaned native birds and teaches people how to help wildlife. Founded in 1990, REGI now cares for 800–1,000+ birds each year and educates hundreds of people.

What you’ll learn

REGI will bring live raptors. You’ll learn:
  • How to tell the difference between owls, hawks, and falcons
  • What makes a raptor special: talons, beaks, eyesight, and hearing
  • What they eat, how they hunt, and why they matter in the food chain
  • The biggest dangers raptors face (like pesticides and human impact) and how you can help
  • What to do if you find an injured bird or a baby bird on the ground
