Milky Spore Granular Organic Mix, manufactured by St. Gabriel Organics, is an easy to apply water soluble granule that specifically works against the grub stage of the Japanese Beetle. Once applied to the soil it will remain dormant until grubs begin feeding on grass roots and ingest the product.
Once the grub ingests the Milky Spore Granular Organic Mix, the spores in the product will multiply inside the grub and within a week the grub will die. As the Japanese Beetle grub decomposes it will release the product back into the soil creating a long lasting residual effect for up to 10 years.
Due to its organic natural ingredient bacillus papillae 0.02%, Milky Spore Granular Organic Mix will eliminate the Japanese Beetle Grub without harming the environment, pets, plants, shrubs or beneficial insects.
Milky Spore Granular Organic Mix can be used on lawns, gardens, flower beds, ground covers, vegetable gardens, trees and shrubs around homes. For the best results, apply Milky Spore Granular Organic Mix during the earliest parts of spring, summer, and fall for the first two consecutive years. It is best to apply at the beginning half of each season before the grubs hatch and when the ground is not frozen.
Milky Spore Granular Organic Mix is safe to use around children or pets when applied according to the product label. Always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing or applying this product. Milky Spore Granular Organic Mix is a 2 year consecutive program, but once this time has passed it will last within your property for up to 10 years.
You cannot mow your property until the granules have been watered into the soil and soaked into the soil for at least 24 hours.
