Unit of Measurement

A cubic yard = 3 ft x 3 ft x 3 ft. Use our calculator to estimate your needs.

Weight Range

Mulch: 900–1,100 lbs per yard
Soil/Compost: 1,600–2,000 lbs per yard

Load Capacity

Limit pickup trucks to 1 cubic yard. Check your vehicle’s capacity. Bulk materials are sold in half-yard increments.

Road Limits

Follow all local road weight and size restrictions.

Please make sure road limits are not in effect between our facility and your location. Our driver will need to turn around if road limits are in place.

Our dump trucks must stay on paved or gravel surfaces.
